Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents calmly and professionally following facility protocols.
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, directing individuals to departments as needed.
Document incidents and daily activities and communicate with site leadership and emergency responders.
