Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Healthcare Facility Driver in Hendersonville, TN. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.

A valid driver’s license is required for this driving role, with shift coverage across a full-time schedule. Responsibilities include access control, incident reporting, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check per federal/state/local laws; criminal history considered.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following security procedures and location policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving.
• Conduct regular patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and monitoring of restricted areas.
• Document and report security incidents and policy violations to leadership or location contacts.
