Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Hospital Full Time in Hendersonville, TN. You will monitor hospital areas, patrol facilities, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

This role requires a valid driver’s license in the state, a minimum of one year of security experience, and ability to work in a hospital setting, including morgue.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of security-related experience.
Ability to work in a hospital setting, including morgue.
Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
Be able to restrain individuals if needed.
Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents calmly and assist with de-escalation and notifications to appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to identify hazards.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management according to site requirements.
Document incidents and daily activities, communicating with site leadership and Allied Universal management.
