Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security services company, is seeking a Security Officer Healthcare Facility Driver in Hendersonville, TN. You will patrol healthcare locations, deter incidents, and deliver patient- and staff-focused security and customer service.

A valid driver’s license is required to transport within the site and surrounding areas. The role is full time with day shifts and a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience required.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including hospital operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and monitoring of restricted areas.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and policy violations.
