Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization for entry, issue and collect visitor credentials, and maintain visitor/access records.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, solution-focused manner and report observations.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Direct visitors, contractors, and deliveries to appropriate locations while maintaining a professional environment.
