Allied Universal in Lebanon, IN is seeking a part-time Security Officer Driver Gate Monitoring to safeguard tenants, employees, and visitors. This role covers access control, customer service, and routine patrols across commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and contractors while enforcing site-specific security procedures.
• Verify visitor/contractor authorization and manage access credentials.
• Respond to alarms and incidents with calm, problem-solving approach.
• Monitor security systems and report equipment issues or unusual activity.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, issue and recover access credentials, and maintain required entry records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Monitor security-related systems, including cameras, intrusion alarms, and electronic access-control platforms, and report equipment issues or unusual activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, building perimeter, parking areas, and common areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
