Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and vendors per access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and manage visitor registration.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property and report security concerns.
• Maintain a professional lobby and support authorized access for all guests.
