Qualifications

• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while executing access control procedures and site policies.
• Verify credentials, authorize visitor access, issue passes, and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and security concerns in a calm, professional manner per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, common areas, parking, and perimeter.
• Communicate observations and incidents professionally to tenants, employees, visitors, contractors, and leadership.
