Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, staff, visitors, and vendors by following site procedures and access protocols.
• Monitor alarms, radios, and calls; dispatch appropriate personnel and maintain clear communication.
• Document service calls, incidents, and notifications in required logs and reporting systems.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as directed to site leadership or emergency responders.
• Deter unauthorized access by monitoring entry points and coordinating visitor communications.
