Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and public agency personnel while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, coordinating responses to incidents, alarms, medical events, and other critical situations.
• Monitor communications systems, cameras, alarms, and other security equipment; report unusual activity and dispatch personnel.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications.
• Coordinate with site personnel, transit operations staff, and emergency responders to support timely incident response.
