Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch communications for security personnel, receive calls for service, document incidents, and relay information to site contacts or emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following escalation and emergency protocols.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, delivery traffic, and communications systems to help maintain orderly operations.
• Conduct regular patrols and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
