Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Dispatch Communications Coordinator in Dallas, TX to coordinate security-related communications and support timely incident responses at a technology and data center location.

You will monitor calls and alarms, document details, and dispatch appropriate personnel per protocol while maintaining logs and supporting access control and visitor management processes. The role offers flexible evenings and a path to broader shifts within Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology and data center location.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, communications, and service requests; document details accurately and dispatch appropriate personnel in accordance with established protocols.
• Coordinate communications between site personnel, vendors, emergency responders, and management during routine operations, incidents, and critical situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, dispatch records, and shift activity documentation while supporting access control and visitor management processes.
