Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Radio Dispatch in Frisco, TX. You will coordinate security-related communications, monitor access, and support timely responses to incidents at a food and beverage location.

Responsibilities include maintaining dispatch logs, documenting incidents, and providing professional customer service to create a welcoming environment. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage distribution location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document incoming calls, coordinate responses to incidents, and relay information to appropriate site personnel and/or emergency services.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor and vehicle activity records, and other required documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating updates to supervisors and appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, loading areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
