Job summary

Allied Universal in Frisco, TX is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer (Radio Dispatch) to support on-site client sites in the food/beverage distribution sector. You will coordinate security communications, monitor access activity, and document incidents with calm, professional reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a food and beverage distribution location per site procedures.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls, coordinate incident responses, and relay information to site personnel or emergency services.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and activity records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate updates to supervisors and involved personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
