Allied Universal in Frisco, TX is seeking a Security Officer Dispatch Resource Coordinator to safeguard clients across multiple industries. In this full-time role you will coordinate security communications, monitor incidents, and support timely responses while delivering exceptional customer service.

Shifts include Afternoon and Overnight with a $20.00/hour pay rate. This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to site procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage production or distribution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, radio communications, alarms, and dispatch requests; document activities and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor information, and other required records in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas around the business and perimeter, as assigned, and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.

• Fri: 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM
