Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Information Desk in Indianapolis, IN. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to boost earnings, serving as the professional front desk presence at a healthcare location.

Pay rate is $18.53 per hour with daytime hours on Thursdays, providing flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow into full-time roles through training and consistent shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required according to federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Greet visitors as a front desk presence and verify access requirements.
• Monitor entry activity, maintain visitor logs, and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and escalate as needed.
• Communicate professionally with healthcare staff, visitors, and responders.
