Schedule is DayTime and weekends with a pay rate of $17.22 per hour. The position emphasizes customer service, use of screening technology, and compliance with all laws and site policies.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and permitted items entering or leaving the logistics and distribution location in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor screening equipment, access points, and surrounding areas; report suspicious activity, prohibited items, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations following site-specific escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, loading zones, facility entrances, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
