Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Sales Support Advisor for its New York store to assist the store team during peak seasonal periods.

You will help welcome clients, assist with merchandise retrieval, replenishment, and inventory, while keeping the sales floor and back-of-house areas organized and aligned with visual standards. This role requires flexibility for weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Retail, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Positive, professional, proactive, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability during the seasonal employment period, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.

Summary

The Part-Time Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the Moncler store team during peak seasonal periods. This role contributes to an elevated client experience while assisting with merchandise flow, replenishment, store organization, and daily operations across the sales floor and back of house.
