Job summary

Moncler in New York is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to assist the store team during peak periods, contributing to an elevated client experience across front- and back-of-house operations.

You will help with client requests, product replenishment, stock movement, and visual merchandising while learning Moncler values and upholding brand standards. Flexible schedule and weekend/evening availability are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment is a plus.
• Luxury retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must communicate in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated Moncler experience.
• Support Client Advisors during high-volume periods and client journeys.
• Connect clients with the appropriate Client Advisor or management.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from back of house to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support product availability and replenishment for the sales team.
• Develop foundational knowledge of Moncler brand and Client Promise.
• Adapt to team objectives with proactive assistance.
• Support daily product flow, replenishment, stock organization and movement between BOH and FOH.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing merchandise as directed by management.
• Maintain a clean, organized BOH and sales floor.
• Assist with inventory activities and visual merchandising standards.
• Help ensure merchandise is readily available to meet client and business needs.

Position Overview

Reporting to a member of store leadership, the part-time Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the store team during peak seasonal business periods, helping to deliver a seamless and elevated experience for every Moncler client.

Working across both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH), the Seasonal Sales Support Advisor partners with Client Advisors, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and store management to support client service, product flow, replenishment, store organization, and other activities necessary to meet the increased demands of the business.

Your Impact

Client Experience

• Welcome clients and contribute to an elevated and engaging Moncler experience.
• Support Client Advisors throughout the client journey, particularly during high-volume periods.
• Assist with client requests and help connect clients with the appropriate Client Advisor or member of management.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the BOH to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support product availability and replenishment to ensure the sales team can efficiently serve clients.
• Develop foundational knowledge of the Moncler Brand, products, and Client Promise.
• Support individual and team objectives through proactive and responsive assistance.

Operations and Visual Merchandising

• Support daily product flow, including replenishment, go-backs, stock organization, and movement of merchandise between the BOH and FOH.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing, and preparing merchandise as directed by management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient BOH and sales floor.
• Assist with inventory activities, cycle counts, and other operational needs as requested.
• Support the maintenance of Moncler visual merchandising standards, including product organization and repositioning.
• Help ensure merchandise is appropriately handled and readily available to support client and business needs.

Team & Store Support

• Act as a team player and provide flexible support based on the needs and priorities of the store.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
• Maintain Moncler standards for professional presentation, grooming, and behavior.
• Follow all Company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, flexibility, and a sense of urgency, particularly during high-volume periods.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by management and/or the Company.

Qualifications

Work Experience

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment is a plus.
• Luxury retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00to $24.00per hour.
