Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to assist the store team during peak periods and deliver an elevated client experience. You will help with product flow, replenishment, inventory, and store organization on the sales floor and in back of house.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, assisting with requests, replenishment, and maintaining orderly spaces while supporting visual merchandising and adherence to policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English communication required; additional languages a plus.
• Seasonal availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors with client requests and merchandise retrieval.
• Assist with replenishment, go-backs, receiving, unpacking, and merchandise organization.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and back of house, and support inventory activities.
• Help maintain visual merchandising standards and provide flexible support to the store team.
• Follow company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability during the seasonal employment period, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
