Job summary

Moncler in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to assist the store team during peak periods. You will help deliver an elevated client experience, assist with merchandise flow, replenishment, and daily operations on the sales floor and back of house.

You will welcome clients, support Client Advisors, and help maintain organized, clean store areas while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced luxury environment. Availability includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Positive, client-focused, dependable, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in Moncler and luxury fashion, with ability to learn product knowledge and store procedures.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak days.
• Effective English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
