Moncler is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to assist the store team in Boston during peak periods. You will help deliver an elevated client experience on the sales floor and in back of house, supporting client service, product flow, replenishment, store organization, and visual standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a client-focused attitude, with flexible weekend/evening availability to meet seasonal demand.

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the Moncler store team during peak seasonal periods, helping deliver an elevated client experience. Working across the sales floor and back of house, this role assists with client service, product flow, replenishment, store organization, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors with requests and merchandise retrieval.
• Replenish products, process go-backs, and assist with receiving and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and back of house, and assist with inventory activities.
• Support visual merchandising standards and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Follow company policies and operational standards, demonstrating reliability and flexibility during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and a client-focused attitude.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and ability to learn product knowledge and store procedures.
• Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days during the seasonal employment period.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
