Job summary

Houston Ballet is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate for its retail store in Houston. You will greet customers, provide product information, and offer suggestions while keeping the floor clean, organized, and stocked.

During the busy season you will service many customers and support brand standards. The role requires standing for shifts, basic math and computer skills, and a flexible holiday schedule with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
• Prior retail experience strongly preferred.

• Must be able to stand throughout shift.
• Flexible schedule during the holiday season (expect to work all weekends)

In this role, you will greet customers and provide them with product information or suggestions. Your other tasks involve keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with inventory. Since this is our busy season, we serve a high number of customers throughout the day. Employees must follow company policy and uphold brand standards at all times.
