Job summary

ALO in Tysons Galleria is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate for part-time shifts during peak season. You will support store goals by delivering guest experiences, managing inventory, and upholding brand standards across the sales floor and back of house.

The role requires 1+ years in client-centric environment, the ability to move constantly, lift up to 50 pounds, and a passion for service. You'll work with the Operations & Visual Management team on initiatives and stockroom processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand and move for entire shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with Store/General Manager
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and stock management
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Coordinate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendors
• Promote safe work environment with stockroom standards
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs
• Assist in operations directives with the Operations & Visual Management team
• Assist in processing shipments and product flow with visual merchandising
