Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling, training, and on-site supervision of event hosts and helpers.
• Maintain clear communication with other farm departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor spaces for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Deliver timely, professional communication to clients to confirm booking details and setup needs.
• Maintain records, assist with inventory tracking, and report safety hazards to the Event Coordinator.
