Formación

• Must be 19 years old or older.
• Three years of bartending experience required; food service experience preferred.
• Tips Card or Alcohol Serve Safe Certificate required; in-house certification available.

Responsabilidades

• Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and procedures.
• Check identification for guests under 30 purchasing alcohol; ensure compliance with laws.
• Monitor customers and discontinue service when intoxicated; coordinate with security on incidents.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure timely, accurate service to guests.
• Secure alcohol during non-operational hours in accordance with liquor laws.
• Handle customer complaints appropriately and maintain a clean work area.
