Tito's in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho is seeking dependable, guest-focused bartenders to join a fast-paced team. You’ll move with confidence, read the room, and deliver solid service during dynamic shifts.

Job Basics:

• Location: Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
• Schedule: Part-time; weekend availability and holidays required
• Experience: Prior serving and bartending experience required
• Compensation: Base pay $11-$14 based on experience. Additional income from tips.
• Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs

In This Role, You Will:

• Serve food and drinks quickly, accurately, and with a Guest-first mindset
• Mix and pour beer, cocktails, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
• Manage tabs, check IDs, and handle payments responsibly
• Share menu knowledge and offer solid recommendations when needed
• Keep your section or bar top clean, stocked, and ready
• Communicate with the kitchen and support crew to keep things running smooth
