Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking a Yard and Duty Assistant for Woodridge. The role is 2 hours per day, 5 days a week, primarily supervising students in cafeteria, playground and during drop-off/pick-up to maintain safe, positive behavior in an elementary environment.

The position is part-time, with 182 work days per year. Salary ranges from $17.48 to $23.11 per hour, depending on experience, with a district-based pay scale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitors cafeteria, playground, drop-off and pick-up zones to assure safety and positive behaviors of students in an elementary setting.
• Duties may include assisting with supervision during school events and transitions.
