Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain workstations, laptops, devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide first-response technical support for hardware and peripherals.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot software used in instruction and administration.
• Keep skills current with industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Manage and maintain the technology inventory records.
• Support online testing and help coordinate use of technology in classrooms.
