Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supporting and managing technology systems.
• Advanced training or experience in operating systems and software programs.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Knowledge of hardware technology and concepts.
• Knowledge of District information security processes, systems, operations, policies and best practices.
• Project management skills and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to all district IT systems and users.
• Install, update and repair PC hardware and software.
• Provide technical advice and support to users across the organization.
• Collaborate with students to teach technology skills within the Technology department.
