Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in CS preferred.
• COMPTIA certification preferred.
• Enrolled in CS or related field with 3+ college credits.
• GPA 2.5 or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for students, teachers and staff across devices and apps.
• Assist with district hardware, software and network issues promptly.
• Train users on proper guidance for devices and district applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and wireless issues.
• Maintain technology equipment inventory and collaborate with campuses.
• Support onsite and district remote help desk operations.
• Plan and deploy configurations for technology devices and projects.
• Assist with installation or updates of district technology.
• Follow customer service standards and contribute to a high-performing department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
