Richmond Community Schools is seeking a qualified, compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Richmond High School in Richmond, Michigan.

The SLP will support students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders across the district, conducting screenings, evaluations, interventions, and collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to enhance student success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
• Strong knowledge of communication disorders and school-based assessment/therapy.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services as identified in student IEPs.
