Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Adrian, MI is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services to students with diverse communication needs. The role involves evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering sessions in both individual and group formats.

The position welcomes ASHA CCCs but also invites Clinical Fellows to apply, with a focus on collaboration with teachers and families to carry over goals in classrooms and ongoing progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students with varying communication needs
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy sessions in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support carryover of communication goals in the classroom
• Track, document, and report student progress
• Provide strategies and resources to support student communication development
