Job summary

TheraPeds Partners in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 year. This on-site, part-time role focuses on supporting Pre-K through 12th-grade students with fine-motor, sensory-motor, and self-care skills within the educational setting.

You will evaluate, plan, and implement OT services, develop IEP goals, collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• OT degree or equivalent licensure pathway completed
• Current NBCOT certification
• Active or eligible Oklahoma OT licensure required
• School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs, IDEA, and related processes

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services to students individually or in small groups
• Develop measurable educationally-relevant IEP goals based on assessments
• Create and implement individualized OT intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
• Participate in IEP/ MDT meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain documentation, progress notes, and reports
• Provide classroom-based consultation and supports
• Identify and address fine-motor, sensory-motor, and self-care needs
