Job summary

Therapeutic Focus, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team for a part-time, in-person role at a residential treatment facility in Memphis, TN. You will support students with behavioral and emotional needs through targeted OT services.

Responsibilities include initial assessments, treatment implementation, and collaboration with classroom staff and related providers to support each student’s integrated plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Valid state license to practice Occupational Therapy (Tennessee).
• Proficient in clinical documentation and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessment and develop/modify treatment plans.
• Implement patient treatments based on assessment and written plan.
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and staff.
• Provide ongoing patient assessment and education to students.
