Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time, on-site role offers 4–8 hours per week with pay ranging from $65–$70 per hour, based on experience and arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, OTD, or PhD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current NBCOT certification.
• Active Oklahoma OT licensure.
• Experience working with children or school-aged students.
• School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually, in small groups, and within classroom environments.
• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop measurable, educationally relevant IEP goals based on evaluation results and student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Provide consultation and classroom-based support to teachers, special education staff, and other school professionals.
• Address fine-motor, visual-motor, sensory-motor, self-care, regulation, positioning, and functional school participation needs.
• Identify and analyze developmental and sensory-motor needs to guide intervention.
• Monitor student progress and collect data to measure outcomes.
