Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is hiring a school-based Occupational Therapist in Oklahoma City for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is full-time, on-site, with guaranteed hours and a supportive district partnership.

You will evaluate and support Pre-K through 12th-grade students with fine-motor, sensory, self-care and participation needs, developing IEP-driven goals and delivering classroom-based OT services.

Qualifications

• Must hold OT degree and be eligible for Oklahoma licensure.
• Currently NBCOT certified and able to obtain fingerprinting clearance.
• Experience with school-based or pediatric OT is preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP/IDEA processes and educational OT services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services to students individually, in groups, and in classrooms.
• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and set measurable IEP goals.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school professionals and participate in IEP meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation and records.
