Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic sanitation training desirable; knowledge of school lunch program preferred.
• Basic knowledge with computers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to NSLP guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen facilities and equipment.
• Complete daily production records and report inventory shortages as needed.
• Support special catering events and related duties; operate POS if required.
