Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand National School Lunch Program requirements.
• Properly prepare food according to recipes and supervisor directions.
• Serve food according to government NSLP requirements.
• Clean and sanitize pans, pots, equipment, tables, and sinks.
• Report faulty equipment to supervisor; operate cafeteria equipment safely.
• Complete daily food production records and report inventory shortages.
• Cross-train in all kitchen positions, including cashier duties.
• Operate cash register/point-of-sale terminal and handle money as required.
• Support daily duties across various stations and adapt to schedule changes.
