Milford School District is seeking a Food Service Site Coordinator to oversee daily cafeteria operations and lead a kitchen team, ensuring safe, welcoming meal service for students in Milford, NH. This hands-on role combines food preparation with supervision of hourly staff under the direction of the Food Service Director.

You will manage daily production records, coordinate supplies, and support district events, while maintaining sanitation and food safety standards in a busy school kitchen.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience preparing food for large groups.
• Two years of experience supervising hourly staff.
• Ability to read menus, recipes, instructions and procedures.
• Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen sanitation and food safety practices.
• ServSafe certification preferred; completion of training required.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve meals following menus and recipes, organize serving areas and label leftovers.
• Lead the kitchen team and supervise staff to ensure meals are ready for service.
• Maintain sanitary preparation and serving areas, perform daily/weekly cleaning, follow health and sanitation rules.
• Assist students with food allergies by reviewing menus and ingredient labels and adjusting meals as needed.
• Manage records and accounts, process student and staff payments through eTritionware, retrieve month-end reports.
• Coordinate supplies with the Food Service Director and maintain food, beverages and kitchen goods.
• Provide friendly, professional service to students, staff, families and vendors while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support district events with food service for luncheons, workshops and other activities.
