Job summary

Genuine Foods in Massachusetts is seeking a Site Lead to supervise meal operations at elementary through high school sites, ensuring meals are prepared to company recipes, delivered on time, and served with excellent customer service.

You will lead cooks and prep staff, manage inventory and National School Lunch records, coordinate deliveries, and maintain a safe, DHMH‑compliant environment while engaging students and educators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food or customer service supervisor experience/training.
• Creative problem-solver with passion, enthusiasm and fresh ideas.
• Organized, dependable and self-motivated.
• Team builder able to develop and manage a team.
• Able to work independently and manage up and down.
• Able to work in a school environment with students K-12.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily preparation and service for breakfast, snack and/or lunch.
• Executes meals per daily menu and recipe standards.
• On-time service aligned with the school schedule.
• Manages food service associates and ensures procedures are followed.
• Completes NSL production records for each meal served.
• Manages inventory, accepts deliveries and checks quality.
• Maintains food safety practices and rotation protocols.
• Interacts warmly with students, teachers and parents.
