Qualifications

• Basic experience, skills, and training with cleaning, floor and restroom care, and equipment maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work at heights such as ladders/scaffolding.
• Must follow written and oral instructions and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and preventative maintenance duties in all district areas.
• Clean woodwork, walls, furniture, and windows using approved products.
• Mop, scrub, strip, wax, shampoo, vacuum, and spot-clean carpeting and floors.
• Climb stairs and ladders to complete tasks; move furnishings for meetings or events.
• Operate small equipment and common hand tools with care; respond to safety concerns.
