Job summary

Qualifications

• Desire to learn trade through off‑duty study and courses.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and preventative maintenance duties in all district locations.
• Clean woodwork, walls, furniture, and windows with approved products.
• Move and arrange furnishings; operate small equipment and hand tools.
• Maintain inventory and restock supplies; follow safety procedures.
