Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Minimum of three years’ general custodial duties or related field.
• Ability to climb ladders/scaffolding and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Valid Georgia driver's license with endorsements compatible with duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial personnel and coordinate care of the facility.
• Train custodial personnel in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate custodial and preventative maintenance across District facilities.
• Maintain woodwork, walls, furniture, and windows with approved products.
• Operate cleaning equipment and manage supplies inventory.
• Respond to safety or operational concerns to maintain a safe school environment.
