Provo City Corporation seeks a part-time School Crossing Guard to help children safely cross at designated crosswalks in Provo. The role requires you to respond to the work site twice daily and work in various weather conditions, with shifts lasting approximately 40-50 minutes.

Pay is per shift and increases with tenure: $15.00 for new hires, up to $20.00 per shift after 3 years. Benefits include retirement savings options and library/rec center perks. Interview location to be discussed.

Qualificações

• At least 18 years old and have own transportation.
• Respond to work site twice per day.
• Able to work in adverse weather and heavy traffic.
• Good rapport with children.

Responsabilidades

• Assist children to and from school at designated crosswalks at their assigned post.
• Assist the crossing guard supervisor as needed and perform other related duties.
