Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide small-group academic support and reinforce learning strategies.
• Teach and reinforce positive behaviors to support self-regulation.
• Build relationships with students, staff, and families to support development.
• Collect and maintain behavioral data to track progress.
• Assist in de-escalating and managing student crises with interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers on PBS plans and structured classrooms.
• Work as part of a team to promote an inclusive classroom culture.
• Perform additional duties to support student and school needs.
