Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, practices and theories of individual/group counseling.
• Ability to conduct crisis intervention and address student mental health concerns.
• Strong communication skills, written and oral, with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Advise students at an assigned secondary or middle school and provide counseling services.
• Develop and implement programs addressing postsecondary planning, career exploration and social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers and community partners to support student success.
