• Supervises, coordinates and participates in activities of cooks and other associates engaged in preparing, cooking and serving food.

• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Assists with menu development and recipe selection.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
