Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reads menu to estimate food requirements and assists in preparing items.
• Cooks and assists according to recipes and production records.
• Maintains sanitation and safety in the kitchen.
• Prepares ingredients and portions foods for serving.
• Assists with cooking tasks and food presentation as directed.
• Keeps work area and equipment clean and organized.
