Chartwells K-12 is hiring a part-time Catering Captain for the Cranbrook Schools location in Bloomfield Hills, MI. Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience is required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff scheduling to ensure events are delivered on time.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Remains flexible to accommodate last-minute changes and customer needs.
